Paul's family came to visit us this weekened, which meant we were finally able to meet Paul's nephew Nicholas!

He's a cute little guy.

My Summer Vacation

Boston update!

Hi, everyone!

So, first of all, happy late birthday, Alison! I was up in Acadia National Park on the actual day, and since my crappy west coast cellphone doesn't have reception more than five miles from a city, I couldn't call. But I hope it was wonderful, and that you all didn't move too much stuff and instead partied your socks off.

Acadia, btw, is *gorgeous* and you should all go. Actually, that's not true. You should really all go to Olympic National Park, because that's the most beautiful place I've ever been, but it's kind far. But if you're ever in Washington State, or even in the PNW: go to ONP.

So! I finished my cross-country roadtrip, after an awesome visit with Alison, Paul and James, and then went on my other mini-roadtrip up to Maine, and now I have moved into my new apartment. I'm loving it-- it's a great place, seems like a good neighborhood, and I'm all ready for visitors!
