Has anyone else noticed this?

You can always tell when it's getting to be Christmas time because they start running these ridiculous ads non-stop.

POST PARTY!

Hey, as long as we're posting stuff here, some more random photos for you!

Sunday, December 10, 2006

Too. Much. Biology.

Ali and Paul, I had no idea you were so concerned with the plight of the oft-taken-advantage-of methionine codon! See, methionine is the first amino acid used in the synthesis of every human protein, and it's coded for by the mRNA codon AUG. I had no idea we were in a methionine shortage, but I, and all of the peptidyl transferase, whose job it is to catalyze the attachment of all of those methionines to the tRNAs, thank you.

In case you can't tell...my bio final is in 9 hours and 19 minutes.

Hmmm...

Hey All! I'm still puzzling over that last post...

Union Terrace? Doc Evermore's spread? Save... Aug... I got it!

SAVE us from robot attack! AUGgghh!

Right? Right? I'm calling 911 right now to warn them that the robots have taken Wisconsin, and it's only a matter of time before their nefariously logical conquest spreads to the industrial hellscape of Oakland! Don't worry, Paul and Ali and James, your robotic torment shall not be in vain!

Can you guess what we were up too?
